J.P. started his real estate career with The Katsias Company in 1999. He currently oversees facilities operation and management, which include: planning, organizing, administration, operations, project and fiscal management of the company’s portfolio. He holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Norfolk State University and an MBA in finance with honors from Regent University. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Virginia and currently holds the Certified Property Manager designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management. J.P. is also a Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Navy Reserves as a Supply Corps Officer. He is a member of numerous professional organizations and is involved with local civic groups throughout the Hampton Roads community.
